* All prices are quoted in EUR
* Allow up to 1 week lead time for production on custom and made-to-order requests
* Shipping lead time depends on postal services
* All return/exchange queries must be emailed within 5 days of receipt of delivery and is at customer’s charge
* Design, production and product photos are owned by TheTinyManufacture and may not be copied or reproduced without permission
Full Terms and Conditions
Product Specifications
* All items are handmade. Therefore one product may slightly vary from one another.
* The large majority of fabrics used are 100% cotton, except biais which are 50% polyester 50% cotton. The fabric is always specified in the product description. Plastic snaps are used for the baby bibs. They are Oeko-Tex certified from the Prym brand. Note that the snaps could be swallowed by young children and cause suffocation. Adult supervision while using the baby bibs is required and TheTinyManufacture could not be held guilty in the event of an accident.
* Recommended care is specified in the description of each product.
* Baby bibs and hooded towels can be machine washed 40°C, tumbled dried medium heat and ironed medium heat.
* Men’s bowties and headbands are preferably hand washed cold, not tumbled dried and ironed medium heat. Some bowties are to be dry-cleaned.
Payment and Orders
* All prices are quoted in EUR. The final amount charged may be affected by currency rates, credit card fees or any customs/duties tax.
* Please allow up to 1 week lead time for production on custom orders.
Shipping
* France and European shipping
* Only some of European countries are eligible for shipping.
* Products are posted within 3 working days of payment if in stock. Delivery can take between 3-5 working days depending on the European country it is posted to. If a product is not in stock, please allow 2 weeks for dispatch.
* Any customs duties/ taxes of the original order are at customer cost.
* TheTinyManufacture does not accept liability for loss or breakages after the products leave its premises, and cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the products are with the Post Office.
Handover
Orders can be picked up in Paris. No shipping cost will be applied.
Returns and Exchanges
TheTinyManufacture does not offer refunds unless there was a large defect or your package arrived damaged. TheTinyManufacture’s policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, contact us at thetinymanufacture@gmail.com to describe the issue.
If the return or exchange is approved, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging, a full refund excluding the original shipping fee will be processed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the wrong item is sent, we will resend a replacement at no additional charge (this excludes custom orders).
